Description
RWB Thrift is hiring a Baler / Forklift Operator to operate baler machines and forklifts, collect and sort donated materials such as clothing, textiles, cardboard, and plastics, compact and bale materials, secure and label bales, transport them to storage, and maintain related equipment. The role also includes organizing donated items, following safety procedures, communicating with team members, supporting production targets, and contributing to recycling and waste-reduction efforts. Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or back-of-house experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred but not required; the pay range is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
