Description
RWB Thrift is hiring a Baler / Forklift Operator to operate baler machines and forklifts, collect and sort donated materials such as clothing, textiles, cardboard, and plastics, compact and bale materials, secure and label bales, transport them to storage, and maintain related equipment. The role also includes organizing donated items, following safety procedures, communicating with team members, supporting production targets, and contributing to recycling and waste-reduction efforts. The position pays $14.00 to $16.00 per hour and requires physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a busy, noisy, and brightly lit environment.
