Description
RWB Thrift is hiring a Baler / Forklift Operator to operate and maintain baler machines and forklifts, collect and sort donated materials, compact and bale clothing, textiles, cardboard, and plastics, label and transport bales, maintain equipment, organize storage areas, and support recycling and waste-reduction efforts. The role requires physical strength, endurance, manual dexterity, balance, and the ability to work in a busy, noisy, and brightly lit environment; prior thrift, retail, warehouse, or back-of-house experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred but not required.
