Circular Services is hiring a full-time Baler Operator for a second shift in Frisco, Texas. The role operates industrial balers and automated bunker systems in a recycling plant, monitors material flow, performs basic preventative maintenance and minor adjustments, maintains equipment and work areas, communicates with operations and maintenance, and provides daily production reports. The position requires outdoor work in variable weather, physical handling of materials, flexible hours, and a valid driver’s license where applicable; Spanish/English communication, mechanical aptitude, industrial machinery experience, and recycling experience are preferred.
