Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor directs and coordinates crews performing maintenance, repairs, and fabrication of machinery and equipment at a terminal or plant. The role provides 24/7 emergency and planned maintenance support, coordinates contractors and vendors, optimizes equipment availability and production schedules, monitors costs, maintains safety and compliance records, and trains and coaches team members. It requires at least five years of related mechanical or industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, leadership and computer skills, and a Transportation Workers Identification Credential; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred.
