The Banding Line Operator safely operates a banding line and related equipment to package, band, and prepare processed materials for storage or shipment. The role includes handling materials, preparing packaging supplies, coordinating with forklift operators, staging and discharging products, performing quality inspections, completing production documentation, and supporting safety, quality, environmental, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts, physical material handling, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
