Description
The Home Maintenance Officer is responsible for maintaining a residential home, its grounds, equipment, and building systems; conducting routine checks, responding to fire alarms, boilers, and lifts, performing minor plumbing and garden work, managing stock and deliveries, supporting staff induction, and maintaining health and safety and confidentiality standards.
