Rockland Trust is hiring a Banker for its retail branch operations. The role provides customer service and financial guidance, processes consumer and business transactions and accounts, cross-sells banking products, makes referrals to investment and lending partners, supports home equity applications, resolves account issues, demonstrates digital banking channels, uses Salesforce for customer follow-up, and adheres to operational, regulatory, and security procedures. Candidates need a two-year degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of financial or retail sales experience, Notary Public and NMLS certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility to work weekends. Teller experience is preferred.
