Midwest BankCentre is hiring a Banker to support customers and branch goals through consultative financial advice, account opening and maintenance, digital banking support, transaction processing, call handling, referrals, and compliance with federal banking regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, offers an associate or bachelor’s degree as preferred, and seeks at least two years of bank customer contact or retail sales experience. It is a full-time, hourly position generally requiring 40 hours per week, with possible travel, overtime, and weekend or evening work.
