Midwest BankCentre is hiring a full-time hourly Banker to support customers and branch goals through consultative financial advice, account opening and maintenance, digital banking support, transaction processing, call handling, referrals, and compliance with federal banking regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred and two years of bank customer contact or retail sales experience preferred. The position may require travel to other locations or branches and occasional evenings and weekends.
