Description
Midwest BankCentre is hiring a Banker to engage customers, provide consultative financial advice, support account openings and maintenance, process teller transactions, handle inbound and outbound calls, refer customers to banking partners, and meet branch goals. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, offers an associate or bachelor’s degree as preferred, and prefers at least two years of bank customer-contact or retail-sales experience. It is a full-time, hourly position generally requiring 40 hours per week, with possible weekend and evening work, overtime, and travel between locations.
