The role includes opening and servicing deposit and loan accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash, cross-selling products, making referrals, supporting home equity applications, resolving account questions, demonstrating digital banking tools, and following operational, regulatory, and security procedures. Candidates need a two-year degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of financial or retail sales experience, Notary Public and NMLS certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
