Description

Amegy Bank is hiring for its Banker Development Program for January and June 2027 classes. The program trains Credit Analysts through classroom and self-study courses, retail and treasury exposure, and 13–19 months of on-the-job rotations across lending groups, culminating in placement as an Associate and potential progression to Relationship Manager. Applicants must have a business or economics degree, a 3.0 GPA, accounting coursework, strong communication and analytical skills, leadership and community involvement, and internship or prior work experience. The program is based in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and San Antonio, and does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
