Description
Amegy Bank is hiring participants for its Banker Development Program for January and June 2027 classes. The program trains Credit Analysts through classroom instruction, retail and treasury exposure, and 13–19 months of rotational on-the-job training across lending groups, culminating in placement as an Associate and a path toward Relationship Manager. Applicants must have a business or economics degree, a 3.0 GPA, accounting coursework, strong communication and analytical skills, leadership and community involvement, and internship or prior work experience. The program is based in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and San Antonio, and does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
