Amegy Bank is recruiting for a paid 2027 Summer Internship Program in commercial banking. Interns will work in lending groups across Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth/Arlington, and San Antonio, conducting industry research, preparing client prospect lists, scheduling appointments, assisting with credit presentations, and observing financial statement preparation and loan underwriting. The program includes training, networking events, presentations, field trips, and volunteer opportunities. Applicants must have a business or economics major, a 3.0 GPA, six accounting courses, junior-year completion by May, and graduation in December or May after the internship; the role requires 40 hours per week for 10 weeks from early June through early August.
