First Merchants Bank is hiring a Banking Center Manager to lead and develop a banking center team, oversee operations and compliance, implement sales and marketing strategies, conduct outside business sales, open accounts and process loan applications, resolve customer issues, and coach bankers on sales and service performance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of sales, management, banking, or related experience including supervisory experience, S.A.F.E Act registration, and Notary Public designation.
