Description
xpate is hiring a Banking Partnerships Manager to expand and improve its network of banks, EMIs, payment institutions, and BaaS providers. The role maps coverage gaps, develops new partnerships, negotiates pricing, fees, FX, limits, settlement cycles, SLAs and contract terms, manages partner due diligence, and owns relationships through onboarding and launch. Candidates need at least five years of payments, banking or fintech experience working directly with financial institutions, an established network, and experience with payment rails, IBAN and account products, FX or cross-border payments, and regulated financial institutions in Europe or the United Kingdom.
