Description
Capco is hiring a Banking Test Architect to support a large-scale banking transformation program. The role defines test scope, scenarios, designs, environments, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria; coordinates end-to-end testing across business, technology, delivery, and international teams; and advises stakeholders on bank migrations, integrations, post-merger integration, quality assurance, defect management, and go-live decisions. The position requires extensive banking transformation and testing experience, knowledge of core banking or related areas, strong test methodology, multi-platform testing expertise, workshop and stakeholder management skills, and fluent German and English.
