Description
The Bartender maintains beverage control, pours and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic products, prepares the bar for service, restocks supplies, and provides personalized service to members and guests. The role also handles complaints, maintains cleanliness and organization, supports the team, and completes additional assignments as needed. It reports to a food and beverage director and requires extended standing, occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds, and availability for weekends or holidays. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, alcohol and food safety certification, prior food and beverage experience, communication skills, and basic bar and wine knowledge.
