Description
The Banquet Server/Bartender provides quality service to guests at CIA events, functions as a bartender, prepares items using standardized recipes, maintains food and beverage knowledge, controls station timing, performs inventory and supply ordering, and keeps workstations and dining areas clean and organized. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of service experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort, and applicable alcohol and food-handler certifications or the ability to obtain them within 30 days. The position pays $26.00 per hour and requires work at both the Copia and Greystone CIA California Campus locations.
