Description
Berglund Center is hiring Banquet Captains and Servers to provide food and beverage service for banquets, weddings, meetings, receptions, corporate events, private functions, and other special events. Banquet Captains lead assigned events, direct servers and support staff, coordinate with kitchen and event teams, monitor service timing, handle guest requests, and assist with setup, service, and breakdown. Servers assist with room setup, serve food and beverages, replenish buffets, clear tables, respond to guests, and maintain service areas. Both roles require flexible availability for evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional hours, along with physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in fast-paced banquet environments.
