The Prep Cook prepares food consistently according to brand recipe cards, documents food containers, follows safety and sanitation standards, cooks orders while accommodating guest requests and special needs, and supports ordering, pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude; a high school diploma or equivalent and prior kitchen or food preparation experience are preferred.
