Description
The Banquet Server provides customer service during hotel events and banquets by setting up tables, greeting and seating guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, using suggestive selling for alcoholic beverages when required, responding to guest needs and complaints, and maintaining clean, sanitary, organized service areas. The role requires flexible availability, banquet or hospitality experience preferred, food safety and alcohol awareness training, communication skills, and compliance with minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
