Description
The Banquet Server provides customer service during hotel events and banquets by setting up tables, greeting and seating guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, using suggestive selling when required, responding to guest needs and complaints, and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas. The role requires flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts; prior banquet or hospitality experience is preferred, along with food safety and alcohol awareness training.
