Description
The Catering Server will set up and service banquet functions, including coffee breaks, receptions, banquet bars, tables, food, beverages, mixed drinks, and bar service. The role also involves clearing tables, responding to guest requests, familiarizing guests with food and beverage offerings, cleaning up equipment, and maintaining banquet-room cleanliness. Candidates need 3 to 6 months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED or equivalent education and experience, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently.
