Description
The Banquet Server provides professional food and beverage service at catered events, banquets, weddings, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include reviewing event plans, setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, serving plated and buffet meals and beverages, addressing guest needs, clearing tables, complying with alcohol-service laws, and storing event equipment. The role requires hospitality or customer-service experience preferred, physical stamina for extended standing and carrying 30–40-pound trays, strong communication, schedule flexibility, teamwork, and potentially food-handler or alcohol-service certification.
