Hotel Equities is hiring a Banquet Server for Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role serves, sets up, and cleans banquet food and beverage functions; sets tables, greets guests, explains menu items, uses suggestive-selling techniques, handles guest checks and money, and assists with buffet and special-service tables. The position requires continuous standing, frequent lifting and moving of trays and equipment, and flexible scheduled hours. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of hotel banquet food or beverage service experience are preferred, along with customer-service experience and RAMP certification within 30 days of hire. Pay is $3.03 per hour plus gratuity, with medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, retirement, and other benefits for full-time employees.
