The Banquet Floor Manager coordinates daily banquet-floor operations to maximize profit and guest satisfaction, greets event organizers, manages event orders and room allocations, oversees service and setups, inspects rooms and food quality, fulfills equipment requests, and maintains banquet records. The role requires professional qualifications, English and Hungarian communication skills, intercultural competence, reliability, flexibility, and guest-oriented thinking; hotel experience is preferred.
