Description
The Banquet Service Associate prepares food and beverage stations, tables, buffets, carts, and dessert areas according to banquet event orders; communicates dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen; clears courses, maintains cleanliness and sanitation, replenishes buffet items, and responds to guest service needs. The role also includes bus tables, follow safety and security procedures, and support the team. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and less than one year of related work experience are preferred, with no supervisory experience or license or certification required.
