Description
The Banquet Service Associate prepares food and beverage stations, tables, buffets, carts, and dessert displays according to banquet event orders; communicates dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen; clears courses, maintains cleanliness and sanitation, replenishes buffet items, and responds to guest service needs. The role also includes bus tables, follow safety and security procedures, and perform physical work involving standing, walking, lifting, and reaching. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and less than one year of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
