Description
The Banquet Bartender assists the Banquets Manager with setting up and serving food and beverages at hotel banquet functions. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting beverages, maintaining beverage quality, serving guests, keeping work areas clean, maintaining banquet supplies, setting up stations and events, and coordinating with team members. The role requires a high school or equivalent education, two years of Banquet Bartender experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel, customer-service experience preferred, and the minimum age to serve alcohol. The position is on-call and located at Mondrian South Beach in South Beach, Miami, Florida, United States.
