Brightwild is hiring an experienced Bar Manager to lead the daily operations, team, guest experience, labor, inventory, revenue, and operational standards of a boutique hotel food and beverage outlet in Key West. The role is hands-on, requiring the manager to work during service, coach and develop staff, manage costs and purchasing, oversee inventory and POS systems, develop promotions and revenue initiatives, and collaborate with hotel departments. Candidates need at least two years of food and beverage management experience, strong bar and hospitality knowledge, availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods, and Florida Responsible Vendor Certification within 30 days of hire.
