Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring a Bar Manager - Cigar Bar for its Food & Beverage team at a luxury integrated resort opening in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role leads the bar team, oversees daily bar operations and inventory, ensures health and sanitation compliance, develops cocktail and beverage menus, handles guest service and complaints, manages payments and POS procedures, and maintains bar setup, cleanliness, and service standards. Candidates need 5–7 years of progressive bartending and bar management experience in upscale or luxury hospitality, expert beverage knowledge, leadership and customer service skills, operational inventory expertise, and POS and financial-procedure proficiency.
