Description
The Wine Server answers guest questions about wine origin, vintage, and style; checks and replenishes wine, liquor, beer, and other supplies; prepares drink orders; opens and serves wine and champagne; handles cash and bank procedures; secures storage areas; and supports team coordination. The role also assists with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development, while following safety, security, and company policies. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work experience are preferred, with no supervisory experience or license or certification required.
