Description
The role oversees hotel dining-room operations, including staff grooming and attire, guest service, seating and safety monitoring, maintenance work orders, inventory and supply requisition, bank handling, and last-call communication. It also supports hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and employee development, while maintaining safety, security, confidentiality, and quality standards. The position is island-based and requires a rostered stay-on-island schedule, with benefits including staff discounts, training, career development, and an Employee Assistance Program.
