Description
The Bar Supervisor will oversee daily bar operations at AC Hotel in Uptown Dallas, lead and develop bartenders and bar staff, manage inventory and supplies, monitor guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with health and alcohol-service policies, oversee cash handling and reporting, create staff schedules, and support sales and profitability initiatives. The role requires prior bar, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience, strong beverage and inventory knowledge, leadership and customer-service skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
