The role prepares and maintains the bar, changes kegs, cleans workspaces and glassware, restocks supplies, and buses tables throughout shifts. Candidates should have high-volume bar or restaurant experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, alcohol knowledge and safety certifications, and availability for varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
