Description
The Barback supports bartenders by preparing mise en place, stocking and organizing beverages and supplies, cleaning and washing glassware and equipment, managing waste and recycling, receiving deliveries, and performing opening and closing duties. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, communication, physical stamina, and adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol-service standards. Prior bar or hospitality experience is a plus but not essential, and the position is open to candidates eligible to work in EU countries.
