MM by Morimoto is hiring a Bar Back for its Montclair, New Jersey location. The role supports bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, organized, clean, and fully supplied throughout service; preparing bar ingredients; maintaining ice, glassware, beer taps, and sanitation; assisting with deliveries, opening and closing, and table bussing. The position is full-time or part-time, with a schedule of 10–30 hours per week and compensation starting at $16.00 per hour. Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.
