Description
The Barback supports bartenders and the bar team by keeping the bar stocked, clean, organized, and operating efficiently throughout each shift. Responsibilities include replenishing liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other supplies; maintaining bar areas and sanitation; collecting and organizing glassware and equipment; assisting with service; handling beverage deliveries; monitoring inventory; and helping with opening and closing procedures. The role requires physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to approximately 50 pounds in a busy environment.
