The part-time Barback will support beverage service and preparation at Backyard Dallas by maintaining clean and stocked bars, verifying product and equipment par levels, anticipating guest needs, communicating professionally, completing opening and closing duties, and following company and regulatory requirements. The role requires prior barback experience, customer service skills, knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails, flexibility for varying schedules, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
