Description
The Barback supports bartenders by stocking and replenishing bar supplies, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, washing glassware and tools, assisting with drink preparation, handling orders and transactions, and supporting opening and closing duties. The role requires strong organization, communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous barback or similar experience is preferred but not required, and the position involves standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
