Description
The Barback supports bartenders by stocking and replenishing liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other bar supplies; cleaning and sanitizing the bar area and tools; preparing garnishes and other drink components; taking and delivering drink orders; handling cash and card transactions; and assisting with closing procedures and financial paperwork. The role is hourly non-exempt, pays minimum wage in Beverly Hills plus a tip pool percentage, and requires 1–2 years of beverage knowledge and bartending experience, with previous hospitality experience preferred.
