Description
The Barback supports bartenders at Maison Métier, a boutique luxury hotel in New Orleans’ Warehouse District, by keeping the bar clean, stocked, organized, and operating efficiently. The role includes restocking beverages and supplies, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, preparing garnishes and basic bar items, managing ice and inventory, assisting with service during busy periods, and reporting equipment issues. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience are preferred, along with strong time management, teamwork, communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
