Description
The Barback supports the bar team by stocking and replenishing glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, spirits, wine, beer, and bar supplies; cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing bar equipment; assisting with beverage preparation and garnish prep; removing trash and recyclables; monitoring inventory; and completing opening, closing, and side-work duties. The role requires strong organization, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with 1–2 years of upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience preferred.
