Barback at New England Brewing Co.

The Barback supports bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other supplies; maintaining bar cleanliness; preparing garnishes, filling ice bins, and setting up bar stations; monitoring inventory; running errands; and assisting with deliveries and customer service. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, communication, and a basic understanding of bar operations and beverage service, while prior barback or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
