The Tap is hiring a motivated and hardworking Barback to assist bartenders with stocking, dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. Responsibilities include stocking bar supplies, cleaning, washing dishes, assisting bartenders with serving drinks, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy items. Must be 21 or older with night and weekend availability. The position is part-time, offering an opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
