Description
The Barback assists bartenders with beverage preparation, garnish and glassware stocking, POS order entry, cash handling, inventory replenishment, and bar sanitation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of barback experience, a valid Clark County Health Card, a valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card, and a valid Non-Gaming Sheriffs card. It involves flexible night, weekend, and holiday schedules, physical lifting of up to 50 pounds, and work throughout the property.
