The role involves hands-on instruction, student support, sanitation and safety guidance, feedback, attendance and grade tracking, and collaboration with other educators. Candidates need an active Michigan Barber License or willingness to transfer a license and relocate to Michigan, at least two years of professional behind-the-chair experience, and natural leadership and mentorship skills.
