Description
Ladgov Corporation is hiring a full-time, mid-level Barbering Instructor to provide hands-on vocational training to up to eight students in a secure correctional facility at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The instructor will teach barbering techniques, sanitation, safety, workplace skills, and professional licensing preparation; prepare lesson plans; track student progress and attendance; maintain training records; and follow facility security procedures. Applicants must hold a current Washington State license or certification authorizing barbering instruction, have barbering and instructional experience, pass a background check, complete required 40-hour pre-service training, and be dependable, professional, and comfortable working with incarcerated adults.
